I’m a big fan of Gouda cheese, well, most cheeses, but I found gouda cheese as best accompaniment with the cheddar cheese for pizza, cheese sandwich, spaghetti sauces, cheese and wine, and the simple cheese and crackers.

Few weeks ago, there seemed to be a shortage of gouda cheese in the supermarket that I panic bought the only whole block of gouda cheese available in the cheese counter in Spar.

Now, with only 3 months left before it expires, I am wondering now on how can I finish it… LOL… well, for the love of cheese, I’ll search for all cheese recipes to my heart’s desires. Care for a slice of cheese?
