When I first saw Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail in the grocery shelf 3 years ago, I immediately bought one and tried the recipe a friend gave me. She called it Fruit Cocktail Float, but I want to call it Fiesta Fruit Cocktail Float because when I eat it, it’s like fiesta in my mouth, with all the fruits and the creamy, sweet sauce and the soft, chewy biscuit, oh boy, you will just love the texture and taste of this dessert and it’s so easy as 1-2-3!

I usually prepare this dessert whenever my family visits so I use the whole big can of Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, but yesterday, I only prepared enough for 2 servings.

 Ingredients: (for 2 servings only)


50 ml fresh cream
50 ml condensed milk
1 cup Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail
6 cracker biscuits


1. Whip the fresh cream until soft peak, then fold in the condensed milk until thoroughly combined.


2. Drain Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail and mix the fruit cocktail to the cream.

In a deep square or rectangular dish, layer the biscuit and fruit and cream mixture in this order: cracker, fruit mixture, cracker, fruit mixture, cracker, fruit mixture.  Cover the dish with dish cover or cling wrap and chill for at least 2 hours. Cut, serve, and enjoy!

If you prepared more fruit cocktail and cream mixture than you need, don’t fuss, it’s an instant Creamy Fruit Salad.
